Kitchen interior design
The kitchen in this project is a part of an open space that combines a corridor, kitchen, dining area and living room. The bar serves not only an aesthetic and functional role, but also is a separator between the kitchen and the hallway. In a small but well-designed kitchen, all the necessary equipment is compactly housed: a two-chamber refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
The motion vector unfolds from the kitchen, which attracts attention right from the doorway.
With a variety of textures reaching a high degree of smoothness and paleness, the color is extremely restrained – the project was implemented mainly in shades of gray. Everything else, and in proportion to 2/3 of the surfaces, is painted white, visually increasing the small square footage of the apartment.
The kitchen facades are made in brutal decoration, reminiscent of concrete with imprints of formwork. In fact, this is the chipboard of the Italian factory Cleaf. Ornamental tiles on the floor and on the kitchen work area create a cozy home atmosphere. The texture of the surfaces is emphasized by selected right lighting that creates original lighting effects.
The result is a stylish and “young” space filled with eloquent details that emphasize and complete the image and uniqueness of the living space.
